THE ROADMAP FROM ANXIOUS TO SECURE ATTACHMENT
These are the nine modules that make up this unique course that combines psychological principles with spiritual practices:
Module 1: Introduction to Attachment Theory
Attachment theory allows us insight into our attachment trauma, systems, patterns and programming so we can start to understand how we experience love and why we show up in relationships like we do. This module will help you gain awareness into the four attachment styles, the root causes and how they impact the way you experience dating and relationships.
Module 2: Tame Your Triggers
Our triggers are messages from the subconscious body and mind that something is not safe. In this module, we will understand our nervous system and regulate our overwhelming emotions using somatic therapy practices to support you to go from chaos to calm so we can establish a sense of safety in your body and be proactive in our responses instead of reactive.
Module 3: Healing Core Attachment Wounds & Beliefs
The beliefs we have about ourselves, others and the world around us all come from the emotional wounds we carry that continue to bleed into our relationships, leading to sabotaging behaviour. In this module, we will identify what subconscious beliefs are present. Once we understand them, we can apply the medicine of re-programming.
Module 4: Overcome Overthinking & Cognitive Distortions
Now that we have brought our triggers, wounds and beliefs into the conscious light, we can start to install a new programming into your system by creating new neurons in the brain via thought reframing rituals. In this module, we will take back control ofyour mind by managing overwhelming thought patterns that causes distress, disturbance and distorted thinking.
Module 5: From Clingy to Confident: Practicing Self Love
This is where we start to build a loving, nurturing relationship with ourselves by understanding our needs. You will learn how to self-source what you need and go from people pleasing to secure interdependence. We will transform unhealthy habits into ones that nurture the relationship to Self and connect to your inner child so you feel worthy of expressing and receiving your needs.
Module 6: Bold & Beautiful Boundaries
Boundaries are the ultimate act of love for self and others as it keeps us and our relationships safe and thriving. Our past experiences may have distorted our relationship with boundaries. We may have no boundaries at all or high, rigid ones that are made of stone. In this module, we will explore healthy boundaries, their purpose and how to set them, sustain them and strengthen them.
Module 7: Conscious Communication & Conflict Resolution
Being able to consciously communicate and resolve relational conflict is essential for healthy relationships. When we are able to hear and be heard without judgement or defensiveness, we can open our hearts to vulnerability, deeper connection and intimacy with others. In this module, we will explore our barriers and blocks to effective communication and how to consciously communicate with others using the non-violent communication framework.
Module 8: Strengthening Your Spiritual Connection
No healing journey is complete without strengthening our relationship with God and our intuition. As you become more connected to self, you may experience heightened intuition and sensitivity. In this module, we will explore the themes of unshakeable trust, surrender, having faith, and spiritual security. This is where we will start to truly embody self-trust and following our soul’s purpose and intuition versus our mind’s fears and worries.
Module 9: Defining Your Relationship Values & Vision
The final piece of the puzzle is getting aligned and crystal clear on our own core values and priorities so we can become an energetic match for our dream relationship. Creating this blueprint with your relationship values and goals will become your navigation system, and support you in making your decisions from a place of self-trust and authenticity versus fear, lack and doubt. We will also practice manifestation techniques to strengthen your love frequency.

ABOUT YOUR COACH
Hello my love! I’m Samantha (Sami for short!) I am a certified Breakup and Relationship Coach who specializes in healing attachment trauma.
I currently live in Thailand and have been working remotely as a coach for six years. I have a background in social work and currently studying a MSc Trauma-Informed Somatic Leadership & Coaching degree.
I created this course because I believe self healing is possible when we have the right education, tools and guidance. But a self paced course isn't enough... This is why there is a 12 week coaching container attached to the course to give you the best possible chance of achieving spiritually secure attachment.
I believe navigating relationships and their complexities are deeply spiritual journeys.
And we’re not meant to heal and do this alone.
And it starts with choosing yourself and deciding that you deserve more from love and life.
