Module 1: Understanding Attachment Styles

Attachment trauma can be a sacred mirror, revealing how your past trauma and subconscious patterns shape your relationships. By exploring these dynamics, you’ll uncover the energetic imprints influencing how you give and receive love. With this awareness, you’ll feel empowered to create the changes you desire.

Module 2: Tame Your Triggers

Triggers are internal emotional responses to external stimuli. When we have experienced attachment trauma in our lives, we store those memories in our subconscious and they become activated when something trivial is seen as a threat. In this module, we will understand our nervous system and regulate our overwhelming emotions using somatic therapy practices to support you to go from chaos to calm.

Module 3: Healing Core Attachment Wounds & Beliefs

The stories we tell ourselves about love, others, and the world stem from our deepest emotional and spiritual wounds. When left unhealed, these wounds create energetic imprints that manifest as self-sabotage and disconnection in relationships. In this module, you’ll uncover and heal your core wounds, illuminating the subconscious beliefs shaping your reality. 

Module 4: Sacred Reconnection: Honoring Your Needs

Many of us grew up with unmet emotional needs, leading to insecure attachment and protective patterns that shielded us from pain but disconnected us from our authentic selves. In this module, you’ll explore these parts through Internal Family Systems (IFS), transforming coping mechanisms like defensiveness, people-pleasing, and perfectionism. You’ll uncover your core needs, learn to self-source them, and express them with confidence.

Module 5: Overcome Overthinking & Cognitive Distortions

Overthinking can feel like an endless storm, distorting reality and creating inner chaos. In this module, you’ll understand its spiritual and psychological roots, cultivate mindful awareness, challenge distorted thinking, and transform fearful narratives into empowering ones. This module will help you find stillness within the storm, disrupt overthinking patterns, reclaim your inner peace, and embody a calm, centered presence.

Module 6: Your Relationship Values & Vision

Your core values are the compass guiding you toward the love and life you desire. In this module, you’ll uncover and align with your deepest relationship values, creating a blueprint for the partnership you dream of. This alignment empowers you to make decisions based on self-trust and authenticity, not fear or doubt. With your vision as your guide, you’ll use manifestation techniques to amplify your love frequency and attract connections that resonate with your highest self.

Module 7: Bold & Beautiful Boundaries

Boundaries are an act of love, honoring and protecting both your inner self and your relationships. They define what’s acceptable, creating space for healthy connection. In this module, you’ll explore the spiritual and emotional purpose of boundaries, uncover your personal relationship with them, and learn to set, sustain, and strengthen them. This will empower you to see boundaries as a bridge to self-respect, authentic relationships, and emotional freedom.

Module 8: Conscious Communication & Conflict Resolution

Being able to consciously communicate and resolve relational conflict effectively is the main skill for healthy relationships. When we are able to hear and be heard without judgement, defensiveness or stonewalling, we can open our hearts to deeper connection and intimacy with others. In this module, we will explore our barriers and blocks to effective communication and how to consciously communicate with others using non-violent communication practices.

Module 9: Strengthening Your Self Trust & Intuition

The final piece of the puzzle is strengthening your self-trust and intuition. They are the inner compass that guide you towards your highest truth and deepest desires. In this module, you will reconnect with your innate ability to trust yourself and tap into your intuitive wisdom. You’ll uncover the limiting beliefs and fears that have clouded your intuition, and learn how to cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust.

I’m Samantha, founder of The Relationship Rehab and a certified Attachment Trauma Specialist & Relationship Coach.

This program is what I wish I had when healing my anxious attachment— I created it so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
